Absolutely Useless

On hold now for over an hour, trying to get through for the past 2 days, total of 4 calls (a total of 4 hours spent trying to get through). The awful thing is think I should have stayed with the NHS, as would have got a better service. Thinking about reverting to them NHS. Every day counts, as opposed to having my time wasted by this useless company. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023
