Useless

Husband been trying to get a lump sum from his pension.say a letter was sent.didn’t receive.did forms online.they rang him next day.everything fine.get an email saying ‘we aim to complete within 12 working days.27 working days later. NOTHING.have rang numerous times.they will put a note on it.have now put a complaint in.next step financial ombudsman.awful company Reviewed on: 28th July 2023
