We've been with Caravan Guard for 7 consecutive year...

We've been with Caravan Guard for 7 consecutive years, and have been very impressed with their customer service, who are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I found them to be value for money. Fortunately we've never had make a claim so I cannot comment on how they would handle it, but I'm confident given my experience talking with them and what others have said on my motorhome forum. So glad to have found Caravan Guard

We were introduced to Caravan Guard by the dealership where we bought our new motorhome in 2018. We've been very happy to having been treated as a person and not a number as has been the case with various car insurance companies over the past 40 years despite being accident free during that time. The quotes we've received sensibly reflect my safe driving record and the fact our motorhome has only clocked up 15,000 miles in 5 years and is securely parked on our driveway. On the few occasions that I've had to call I've been greeted by a friendly voice who was both knowledgeable and respectful. It gives me confidence to think that if I'm unfortunate enough to have to make a claim I'll be treated efficiently and with respect. Reviewed on: 29th July 2023
