9 months harassment for Police Report

* Informed Admiral of Accidental Loss whilst on holiday. * They accepted this, however have harassed me for 9 months to provide Police report and Crime no. * Thier claims portal is not fit for purpose. I cannot access uploaded documents. * They place you in 6 week holding pattern to review info you provide. * A few days before 6 week duration expires, they request more info. Guess what, you are back into another 6 week loop. * And so it goes on and on, took Admiral 14 weeks just to realise they needed more information * The Claims section do not reply to letters or Emails. * 9 months harassment for Police Reports, I mean, do I need Inspector Montalbano to investigate "accidental loss" of personal possessions!!
