I find PayPal customer service to be second to none...

I find PayPal customer service to be second to none when compared to other companies I have had dealings with. It doesn't matter who answers the phone. Everyone I speak to is fully equipped to speak and advise confidently on any matters related to my account. In addition, any problems with suppliers are dealt with efficiently. Specifically, PayPal credit, provides a step by step clear and informative guide with regards to when interest would be added or not, as the case may be. It also allows plenty of time to pay without extortionate interest rates. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Simple and easy to use

Paypal provide a first class customer services experience. If you need to speak to an agent they go the extra mile to resolve your query on the first call. However, if they need to delve into your account further then they WILL come back to you with the result. I cannot recommend PayPal credit enough. Put them to the test and find out for yourself.
