Bad service

In the middle of dealing with a claim with them at the moment, and having phoned up multiple times over the past two weeks to get through and waiting on hold, the operator picks up, says they have system problems and to call back, then abruptly hangs up without giving you a chance to speak. Never had to deal with service like this before. Absolutely awful. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
