Quick and simple claims process

We have been unfortunate enough to have to claim on one of our pets policies recently for a large sum due to our dog needing intestinal blockage surgery. It was quick and simple and the money was sent directly to our vets within a few days. Nice to not have to worry about the cost and focus on helping our pet recover. Highly recommend! Helpful and easy to deal with

I have lifetime insurance policies for 4 pets and have claimed several times over the years. The insurance emporium colleagues have always been friendly, helpful and informative. When I've had queries around renewal they are quick to respond and I always feel valued as a customer and that they care. Their employees always sound happy to be there and are genuinely concerned when you're calling about your pet being poorly.
