Good, straight forward service.

It's a simple, uncomplicated, straight forward, paying service. Very easy to use. The only issue I've had personally is the refunds or money returning to your account. To be more precise, I've had several orders I checked out with the PayPal Credit services they provide (4 months interest free payments). Some of the refunds have been deducted off the original amount I was charged and some others didn't. When I try to bring the particular discrepancy to the customer services attention, they dismissed my claim without even looking into it. This is unexceptable and I am pretty sure quite illegal too. When I contacted the customer service the offered me a 10 pound voucher to make up for what it appears to be a major error on their behalf. In any case, it is a good service to use but it's a personal choice one has to make for themselves. I haven't recommended the service to any of my friends or colleagues for the above reasons. If you need to be promoted and to get better reviews you have to step up your customer service and to start listening to the actual problems that customers are having with the services you provide and to try and resolve them manually, instead of using some stupid logarithm and messing things up.
