Quick claim management.

All claims have been dealt with quickly. Any questions are answered promptly and the service is top notch. My premiums have hardly changed, even though my dog has been insured for a few years and claims have been made. This means I can stay with a company I know and trust as it is still affordable. No problems at all

I've used the card for a number of years now. I've had the app for just as long. This company has been excellent in its service for me, in clearly stating any and all changes. There is no confusion reading the transaction page and you get reminders if payment is due. I've loved the ease of this card since day one. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Excellent customer service

I've had to put in claims for two of my dogs. Not only have I been kept up to date with the process, but they waste no time in getting it done. On the rare occasion I've had call, the service agent has been polite and extremely helpful. I've had no regrets changing my pet insurance to this company. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
