Extremely kind and helpful

We lost our beloved dog earlier this year and I needed to speak to a member of the the Pet Emporium team. The lady I spoke to was extremely kind and understanding at a very difficult time. I have always found The Pet Emporium very helpful and the premiums reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this company for Pet Insurance. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Reasonably priced, very efficient!

Our dog and cat were both insured with The Pet Emporium. We had yo claim regularly for our dog's heart condition and always ground them reasonably priced and very efficient. Our dog recently passed away and The Pet Emporium were very sympathetic and efficient when it came to cancelling his insurance. Our cat continues to be insured with them and the premium is very competitive. I would highly recommend The Pet Emporium. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
