Are the test, and I've had the misfortune to claim for my boy recently. They have been excellent through the claim process. Previously there was an error setting up my plan but it was minor and fixed quickly and fairly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

I took insurance on my Alapaha last year from the day we brought him home as a pup. Sadly we had to claim due to poorly ears. When we did we found they had recorded the breed incorrectly which would usually have meant an increased co-payment. However they were excellent and allowed me to pay the lower co-payment for the ongoing claim. Claims process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend. Plan is Lifetime Gold.
