Appalling

My partner was opted in by his new workplace, 3 months later and he's still waiting for ANY paperwork with a member number so he can opt out. We've contacted them numerous times to be fobbed off in every reply, they have all his details and the money is being taken from his wages, but they still won't give him his number. Without the member number he can't do anything to opt out, they just give excuses as to why he's not had the information through (blaming his employer even though it's been months and they've got all the relevant info from them). Absolutely awful, avoid like the plague. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023
