This is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. We have made a claim- it has been over 7 weeks - still not sorted. I call often and the phone lines dont work, they transfer you to the wrong party, they do not communicated to all 4 companies they outsource the work to. I am trying to get a different rent car so we can go on holiday and I have had to call 10 times between Lloyds and the rent car company to 'approve this' - Lloyd's say they update the system and then they don't. On my 10th phone calls today and its still not sorted. Last week when I called they stated they couldnt even see my claim on the system!!! Stay far far away ! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
