Avoid at all costs

Avoid Avoid!!!! This company is the worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and I have had insurance over the last 30 years. First and foremost you cannot easily contact them. I've tried to call them on numerous occasions and been on hold for anywhere between 20 - 35min before you getting to speak with anyone. The online chat is a robot which is absolutely useless. Cancelled my policy online, however they kept emailing me to say my car which I had sold was insured twice (by the new owner). Had to call and wait 25mins before speaking with some useless woman who said cancelling online did not mean I had cancelled my policy. Then for cancelling the agreement early they spank you for the most ridiculous amount of money I have ever had to pay (almost the cost of my insurance) and I have only been with them 2 months.
