Lifesavers - the NHS of the finance world.

I called them for help, and they were so understanding and helpful. When you get into debt issues, you bury your head in the sand and are embarrassed as to how you have got yourself into this situation. They made it so easy. i was in tears and they calmly spoke to me, made me feel good about actually taking action to resolve my situation and I left the call feeling positive and in control. I stopped having sleepless nights after that call. It was so easy to run through my finances and they took control and explained what would happen next and how they would resolve my issues. At no point was I embarrassed, or felt like I was being judged. They took the stigma and worry from me and I knew that they would take charge and help me out of the hole I had dug. I can't begin to explain how much this company has helped me. My anxiety and mental health was awful before I spoke to them. They really have given me a new lease of life, ensured that all of my creditors have been spoken to and arranged solutions with them all. I never would have had the courage and ability to do this myself. It was simple and easy to go through the process and every person I spoke to was understanding, caring and helpful. I can't begin to describe how thankful I am for their service. There is now a light at the end of the tunnel, for which I will be eternally grateful. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
