A pleasure doing business

I used payl8r earlier in the year to buy my son an electric quad bike. The application process was quick and simple and when I lost my bank card and had to order a new one forgetting completely about the standing order, I received no threatening letters, just a simple phone call where I could explain the situation and set up the standing order once again.
