Not happy customer

I took out the loan for 12 months. I wanted to pay it off quickly as most companies offer this I paid in there account and paid it off 6 months early. Never got a discount on what I borrowed. I got abuse off customer service emails and voice mails telling me I had no right to paid if off early or pay into there account. I had asked many times on emails to pay money into my account. I made a complaint never got an apology or any money back for paying early or compensation on how I was treated all for wanting to pay it off early Reviewed on: 4th August 2023
