Dreadful ..........

Took out travel cover for a year, had to make a claim for a holiday that I couldn't go on......5 months later I'm still waiting for a settlement. They asked for a detailed G.P. report and 2 minor things came back on the report, both from 2006. I told them that I didn't even remember back to 2006 and that it had nothing to do with what I was claiming for. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life, your policy isn't worth the paper it's written on. Be aware there are no 5 star reviews for people trying to claim!
