True customer understanding and flexibility

We have used Event Insurance for some years now (interrupted by Covid) to cover our traditional village fete. Last year we had to explain that our "projectiles" were wellies in welly wanging and wooden balls at the coconut shy and crockery smash. Their agent loved this, understood and even laughed. This year we had a slightly different expectation of numbers and they actually reduced our cost - almost unheard of amingst insurance companies in my experience. As Treasurer of the fete and responsuble for our insurance I find them easy to contactonline and by phone, lovely to deal with when I do and very understanding and accommodating on the phone (which we have to use after online application because of our "projectiles!). I also think thsir cost is reasonable and competitive. Honestly it is a pleasure to do business with them which is a very welcome experience. Reviewed on: 7th August 2023
