Review of the Tesco Bank, Car insurance:

Praise where Praise is due.

My claim was dealt with, my car assessed, repaired and returned all within a couple of weeks. There were 2 ladies in particular whom I spoke with from Tesco Bank, (Elaine and Sue,) who were incredibly kind, helpful and patient. I was kept updated throughout the whole process.
