Fantastic Customer Care

I had to call the company twice regarding my sons policy. They answered very quickly and I did not have to wait in any queue. Both times my query was dealt with immediately and efficiently and both staff members were extremely helpful, happy and professional. One of the best companies I've ever had to deal with.
