Disaster

Refused to Cancel Took out Telemetric policy, but didn't receive documents or even confirmation. Called OneCall, but you can't call, only chat. They refused to send documents, so I cancelled, they refused to accept the cancellation but agreed to get someone to call me; no one called. I put the payment in dispute. Now I get threatening letters saying they will make additional charges for not connecting the device Reviewed on: 8th August 2023
