Cheap insurance

They are nit picking when it comes to reimbursing £7.99 for an iced frozen boxed delivery of insulin & do not reimburse. The insulin is cheaper online to buy which is why there is a delivery charge. Reviewed on: 11th August 2023

These are noted in full within your policy wording for Vets Fees, and these costs would be unrecoverable as part of a claim.
