PayPal is easy to use online

PayPal is easy to use and has made online shopping much easier for me, I'm also more confident about my purchases being protected. PayPal Pay in 3 and PayPal Credit are great ways to spread the cost. The only complaint I have is that for a period of a few months Pay in 3 wasn't available to me, there was no explanation. I couldn't find out why or if it was gone for good. It did become available again, I had called PayPal and they were unable to give an explanation. Other than that I've always found using PayPal is very useful. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

PayPal is easy and protects purchases.

PayPal is easy to use. Works quickly and is available for online payments. I have had issues resolved by PayPal that would not have been resolved without their assistance. I really appreciate pay in 3, that's a great way to split the cost of more expensive purchases. There was a period of time that pay in 3 was not available to me and I did find that frustrating as I couldn't get any explanation. I have found customer services to be a bit vague sometimes but overall it is a good service. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Instant service

I called MBNA today expecting to have to work my was through an automated system, choosing various options. I made one selection and I was put through to assistant immediately. The service was quick and uncomplicated. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 12th August 2023
