Hang your heads in shame

Well surprise surprise I’ve received an email stating blurry documents!!! I knew I’d get it as it’s all over the internet and reviews that’s what happens with AXA Travel Insurance. I’ve also had the 5 to 10 days statement too. Again another complaint on your reviews. I’ve spoken to a lady this morning who has raised a complaint which can take up to 8 weeks. Guess what this is on your reviews too!!! You will see from the complaint raised. I’m going to my local press with this ridiculous run around given to me by AXA following my recovery from a heart attack. When this email is finally read. Perhaps somebody will take responsibility and ring me immediately. Also look out for my comments on Twitter, Facebook and any other site available to me about the way I’ve been treated and your excuses. The exact excuses given to other claimants. I’ll be sure to send the press article to you and twitter etc for everyone to read. Please be assured I will not let this drop. I’ve also complained to Jet2 who sub contracted my hard earned money to these cowboys because I am the customer of Jet2!
