ABYSMAL TREATMENT BY ALLIANZ

After 10 months they have still not paid the Hospital in Belgium where my daughter was treated - they have been telling me that it was cleared for payment six months ago. I just tried to call them this evening and after ten minutes on hold to the correct Allianz number I ended up being asked to leave a message on a Tesco Mobile voicemail - why am I not surprised? You get what you pay for and relying on Lloyds "Free" travel insurance with your account is something you should think seriously about - we have now taken out family cover with a new insurer.
