Great insurance provider

I have recently had to claim for care of my cat & emporium responded quickly to tell me my claim was being processed- the claim was settled & paid with no quibbles. I have also used them historically for claims regarding my dog & the experience was good then too. All very straight forward which is just what you need from your insurance provider. Emporium make claiming on your insurance an easy process, i received an email telling me my documents were in process under review & the payment was made within a short period after this. Very straight forward & uncomplicated! Reviewed on: 14th August 2023
