~Used to be competent and good customer service, but recent attitude of staff i.e. rude, incompetent, unwilling to help and all about getting more money from your pocket are so disgusting and frustrating, have they been trained to rip people off too? they have excess and directing you to pay extra money if not they can not send someone to help you, all be done upfront if you can't, 'sorry' is their last word before putting the phone down leaving you alone and anxious. They need to prioritize their customers' welfare and not all about getting more profits/thinking ways of getting other income from their customers' pocket. Not trustworthy anymore. No star!
