Very helpful - would recommend

Recommended to me by a colleague. I initially made an error on my application and upon noticing this I called up to make the amendment, expecting the the additional cover required to increase the overall policy cost. The customer service was fantastic and the change to my policy made immediately with no issue. The gentleman (apologies, I don't remember his name) I spoke with noticed I had requested more cover than necessary in another part of the policy and suggested I reduce the amount, which also reduced the overall cost of my policy. So, after calling up to pay more, I came off the call having paid much less. Its great to know Kingsbridge are looking out for their customers' best interests, this kind of customer service will encourage me to use them again in future. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
