Excess

My Pet was sedated and two sets of X-rays taken for two different problems but covered under the same sedation I was charged 2 policy excess charges ! Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

It's difficult to fully advise regarding the claim without checking the details fully, however if two separate conditions have been confirmed by your Vets, then separate excesses would apply, this is so each condition has a separate cover limit, to be able to submit costs for.
