received a competitive quote for car insurance, which I then bought. Upon receiving my paperwork it was apparent the Adrian Flux had inputted the wrong detail about the age of my car, so I rang them so that they could amend the details. At this point I was advised that my policy cost would now be more than doubled ! I Cancelled , and am awaiting my refund. I'm hoping that they don't refund so I can launch a court claim against them. Prospective customers please read the many poor reviews - I am unlikely despite 5 years as a customer to ever use them again 888 Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
