No judgement just support and guidance throughout

I dont usually write reviews but I felt I had to communicate somewhere how amazing the people I've been in contact with in this company have been. I was devasted and embarrassed for ending up in a situation that had lead me to get an IVA. The people who I spoke with are lovely, calm, understanding and made me feel better about my situation when I would get upset over it when going through the process. They are easy to talk to over the phone for any queries or problems. Not once have I felt judged. It is very daunting sometimes having this on my file but a recent conversation has just made me feel more at ease and they arent just a debt company they really are there to help and guide you.
