Review of the Admiral, Home insurance:

Excellent service to date.

I switched to Admiral as I knew I was paying over the top to a bank after their introductory offer. I did want "just in case" legal expenses cover & Admiral's cover was twice the amount insured before, so that was a plus. As it turned out I had to put in a claim for something completely unrelated to legal costs: despite my scepticism it was very easy to do online and I was taken seriously! The follow up calls and conversations were very thorough & I didn't get the brush off I was expecting. Specialists were appointed quickly to do the investigations. I've awarded 7 stars because I obviously don't know what the renewal cost would be for Year 2 under normal circumstances and certainly don't know how I'll fare in the light of the claim, whether it turns out to be substantiated or not. That's always a worry of course, but so far so good. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
