Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Reasonable increase

As I have not had to make a claim in the first year of being with Admiral, I cannot review their claims procedures and hence I have given them 4 stars because I feel that my experience is limited. However, setting up our insurance cover (which includes home contents) was very well handled by the agent back in 2022, I remember. He was very thorough, helpful and patient. Now that the first renewal has come up, I was nicely and gratefully surprised to see that although it was an important increase, it was still less than comparable covers offered by other companies at present. I hope to remain a happy customer for many more years and to see a real crackdown on those who drive without insurance, as the accidents they are involved in have an impact on all our premiums.
