Multi-generational Admiral customer

I have been an Admiral motor insurance customer for many years. I have found that in engagement on claims they have been supportive and offered easy processes to get repairs done at the least impact upon me. As a recurring customer, I have found them to be responsive at the time of renewal, willing to discuss my account and to review my charges each year. They may not always be the cheapest but they will try to be competative. I have found that the multi-car (and now multi plan) packages have been great for my increasingly car-owning family. As my children started to drive, they could get overlay insurance upon our cars, as newly passed drivers they got better rates being part of our family multi-car and as they moved away, they could still remain part of the family multi-car even whilst living away from home. Whilst I always compare prices, I don't really want to change providers and Admiral has helped me justify remaining with them for many years. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
