Long term customer and no plans to change

I have been a customer with Admiral for a very long time. We have a multi-car policy and, if I have ever had any concerns, a quick call has seen everything handled and sorted quickly by polite, efficient and helpful staff. I know lots of people chop and change their providers each year, while looking for the best deal, but I have always found that a quick chat with Admiral in the period leading up to renewal has resulted in me getting a great deal that makes me happy to renew and not move elsewhere.
