Absolutely terrible

Tried to withdraw funds using electronic trf but their system defaults to my full christian name so my bank did not recognise it. Told to complete withdrawal form for a cheque. 2 weeks later this was rejected because I opened the a/c online and they need specimen signature. Cut a [very] long story short - am still waiting for funds 4 weeks later. Staff all say different contradictory things. Phone line cuts you off. Poorest I have experienced in a very long time.
