Outstanding all round service both online and by direct communication. As a Charity they clearly understood the needs of our sector. Savings rates are important to us and UTB rates are very competitive. Customer service is of a high standard with quick response rates. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Excellent Service All round

We used Gotogo initially for one off travel insurance cover and how now purchased their annual cover. Having recently retired we searched for cover as a married couple. Gotogo not only provided what we felt was the most inclusive but also at the most competitive pricing. Initiating the cover online even with some existing conditions was easy.
