Personal service still a priority

As the Trustee and Chairman of a Charity set up to support a school UTB have been excellent in providing savings account facilities to enable us to maximise the funds we hold in reserve. Their online processes for opening and managing accounts are supportive and manageable. Communications are easy and promptly responded to. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Outstanding all round service both online and by direct communication. As a Charity they clearly understood the needs of our sector. Savings rates are important to us and UTB rates are very competitive. Customer service is of a high standard with quick response rates. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
