Really easy company to deal with

I had to make a few claims for my dog as he was poorly and getting old. The insurance emporium staff were lovely every time I rang to make a new claim. Forms were sent to my email address and I could print them out at my convenience. On the claim form, it had the option for them to deal directly with the vet I was with or myself which I thought was great. My claims were processed promptly and money paid to me soon after. My policy didn’t go up by much each year and that’s really good. They were cheaper than other companies out there and I had the confidence that they would deal with my claims if I ever needed to.
