Great Service, Fair and Efficient

We’ve had our pet cat insured with The Insurance Emporium for a little under two years so far. I found it very easy to sign up with them and the documentation is easy to access. I chose them for both the competitive price and because my mum had had great service from them. In that time we have had to make two claims - one for investigations into a leg issue and one for a recurrent eye ulcer. After paying the excess and the monthly cost of the insurance, we are something like £1000 better off than we would have been without insurance. The claims process was straightforward and we received payments in good time. Our cat is a senior cat, now 15, and we expect our premium to go up (in light of his ageing and the claims we’ve had to make) but we plan to stick with The Insurance Emporium as we trust them and like their service. Great value and claims promptly dealt with!

Our cat has been insured with The Insurance Emporium for around 19 months. I originally chose them because my mum has had great experiences with them and also, unsurprisingly, because they were the best value.
