Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet insurance:

A real company with heart and soul.

I have been with this company for quite a few years now. Both of my cats are comprehensively covered and cared for with the insurance I took out for both, Sadly, I lost my beautiful black cat, He was the son of my blue point Siamese cat - she is still alive though now quite elderly. My black cat had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes which was managed fairly well until he fell ill with an infection which then prompted a ketoacidosis where he needed to be hospitalised for 4 days. Thankfully, despite him being so seriously ill he pulled through and this following him being put on a more appropriate insulin medication he then went from strength to strength. He spent happy years following this until December last year he had an acute illness where a tumour was suspected and again he was hospitalised but this time nothing could be done. The Insurance Emporium has genuine, caring staff who empathise with your loss - as many are animal lovers who often have experienced similar happenings- and this is very much appreciated at times of great sadness when in this case I rang up to inform them of his death. I highly commend this company for its ethos and the high standard of customer care. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
