Very bad experience I m not recommending that company!!!!

I chose a very high almost £80 monthly insurance for my puppy. When he got sick and I had to take him to the hospital and I received a bill for £400 the company didn't refund me a single penny and their translation was really stupid. I do not recommend, choose another company that does not cheat, this company is unfortunately not a good choice. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

As the invoice submitted for the claim included Out of hours fees, we would only consider up to £90 for this type of appointment, anything exceeding this amount would not be considered. After this calculation, your claim fell below the excess payable by you as per your policy terms, therefore no settlement was made.
