Service is always really good, but slow payouts

Always answer queries in a timely manor, and usually pay out for claims, however it is very slow, and does take a little while for payouts. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

We look to review claims within 5 working days of receipt and if we have all the information needed we will make a decision and issue settlement if due. Without sight of your claims it's difficult to comment but generally where we have to ask for more information this can cause a delay.
