The redemption process and customer care team is extremely poor. No common sense or human effort to sort anything out when a problem occurs outside of the 'computer says no' scope. My redemption funds were sat in their bank account for 3 months yet they want to charge me the interest on it! I'm now being charged interest on interest that should not be due with no end in sight apart from the small claims court.
