Review of the The Insurance Emporium, Pet insurance:

Delivering on their promises.

You only really experience how good, or bad, your insurance company is when you have a traumatic life experience. Our experience of the insurance emporium was so good that they were almost invisible during our claim. We had the terrible occasion to have to use the Insurance Emporium following the unexpected death of our dog. They were at the same time extremely sympathetic, really easy to deal with (no complicated forms to fill out, no trying to avoid their obligations, no attempts to trip you up) very professional and very understanding as our dog died abroad and they were very understanding about documentation not being in English. I mention it earlier but the way I would sum it up, and it sounds demeaning but it is not, is that they did not increase in any way to to the experience of the loss we suffered. Their professionalism, speed and great service made them almost invisible. So our memories of this time are to the loss of our dog, not the hassles we had with the insurance company. This is why we are repeat customers, amd will continue to be so. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
