Excellent Customer Service

I have needed to make a substantial claim for my dog who needed 3 operations in a short space of time. I didn't think for one minute that everything would be covered as it was very expensive, but to my surprise, all I have had to pay is the excess. The staff were very helpful throughout the claims process and I have had no issues at all with the overall service from this Company. I would definitely recommend to anyone to purchse insurance through this company. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
