Excellent customer service

Collingwood provided a great experience in providing car insurance at an affordable rate. Helen one of the advisors congratulated my son for passing his test and was very helpful in amending his policy and forwarding me onto jenny for a quote. Great customer service from jenny where nothing was too much to ask. Clear explinations with given time to make my decision. They went above and beyond to provide the best possible price. Very helpful and cheerful to speak with. All round completely satisfied with the experience. Would defiantly recommend to family and friends. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
