Odd pricing

During my previous car insurance renewal, my premium increased quite a bit which was confusing as I hadn’t made any claims nor changed my car. They couldn’t give me an answer as to why this happened and then when I mentioned that I had found a cheaper offer with another insurance company, they offered an even lower price than the competitor which was welcomed. They still couldn’t give me an answer as to why they could change there figures like this when I asked but I accepted the offer and renewed. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
