Good but needs some improvement

Currently in my 4th year of building and contents insurance, always been affordable and convenient but now I need them the process is long winded and has many obstacles with to many in house operators prioritising the company over the customer. No one wants to claim but like now we have no choice, it's already a traumatic and emotional incident without the complexity of an app that has to be the means of communication through a claim.
