Wouldn't pay out!

Tried to tell me my cats foreign body was a pre existing condition. They then argued that it wasn't an emergency even though it was in the bottom of his lung and had it not have been removed via endoscopyhe wpuld of needed the bottom of his limg removed Ended up with over £200 left to pay having already paid the excess.
